The phone was due to be released on the 22nd but they have only just started to get shipments out.&nbsp;</P><P>The sad news is the lack of support from sky.&nbsp; It might not be there fault but there is no excuse to not update customers waiting. Even a website note saying we are still waiting delivery gives customers some sense we haven't just signed a contract for nothing.
