Sky app and website down

Anyone else experiencing problems doing anything on the app or website? Ive been trying to activate a sim all day and it keeps saying they are having technical difficulties. Called their (foreign) call centre, they were rubbish as usual!

If the website is playing up then calling is all you can do as they should be able to activate it for you,

That isnt the case. You can only activate an e sim via your online account

You made no mention of it being an esim in your opening post but I would be surprised if that was the case.

Ive noticed that you reply to EVERY discussion post on here and give wrong advice in most cases. Please dont reply to mine if you dont know the answer
