    <description>I ordered a new tablet but did not recieve any email, even though it shows on my account, when I enquired a man in chat said I hadn't signed my credit agreement, but when I went to product settings the tablet I ordered was showing but the only option was to activate sim. The man sent a link for me to sign it but the link was not working. He told me to sign out then back in, but after I did that there was no change. The conversation I had with him was lost and I couldn't get a real person to talk to me again, just a bot. I believed that I had signed it originally but obviously it isnt showing on the system. I am very anxious to resolve this as the order can not continue until it is sorted</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No it's not there at all, I think it's glitched it's the only thing I can think could have happened, I thought I did sign it, but it's obviously not showing on there system that I did&lt;/P&gt;</description>
