I am writing to seek assistance with the recent phone swap I initiated. I currently have an iPhone 15 from sky and needed a larger device, but not the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Upon receiving the new iPhone 15 Pro, I realized it is the same size as the iPhone 15 I already have.
I would like to return the iPhone 15 Pro that I just received and instead complete the swap with an iPhone 15 Plus which i think is bigger than the one i have. Could you please confirm if this is possible and guide me through the process? I am currently on the third day of the 14-day period given to complete the swap.
I appreciate your prompt response to this matter.

@Jimmy241 The issue is not something anyone here can assist or advise on other than saying you need to call Sky to discuss if its possible.

Hi @Jimmy241 as mentioned by @daveNOS you will need to call sky on 150 to return the new phone and order a new one, for which another credit check will be carried out.
