Raised 5/6 "tickets" but nada.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Some helpful uk-based customer service / retention people but they are powerless to do anything because of total lack of comms with tech support. Spent 4-5 hours on 150 helpline.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Given up and switching to EE as they seems to be a REAL provider.
