      <description>The phone is unlocked, I've checked with Tesco (the previous SIM), and the IMEI. It is unlocked and has been confirmed. The SIM unlock code (NCK) is required for the newly activated SkY SIM to work. The phone works fine for WiFi etc, but shows emergency calls only and won't receive texts or calls until the SIM is unlocked - by SKY.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This isn't something that Sky can provide as it is something you need to get from Tesco as they were your previous network provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3406052"&gt;@Flotyke&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The NCK code means your phone is locked to a network, Sky cannot provide a code to unlock it if it didn't come from them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the phone was purchased from Tesco mobile you will have to go back to them and tell them your phone is requesting that code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. It took a while for Tesco to actually admit that it was their problem to sort out. They keep telling me the phone is unlocked, but it's not the phone that's the issue, the SIM lock is blocking the phone from working properly. They've passed the request to the phone manufacturer, so sit tight for 3 weeks&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":weary_face:"&gt;😩&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
