      <title>Unable to connect to network in USA</title>

      <description>Have been in Canada for the past few days with roaming working absolutely fine since I landed. Yesterday I crossed the border into the USA (driving) and my phone lost all signal. Tried turning on and off, very brief connection to a 4g network before no service again. Have tried absolutely everything since to get roaming to work here but my phone won't connect to any network, even when taking off automatic selection and manually selecting one. My phone is 5g, I have a 5g data plan with no roaming spend cap, and pretty sure phone is volte compatible with USA roaming, although my model isn't listed on any of the help guides with Sky. However even if it's not, reading online I should still be able to connect to a network just not make calls or text..? Anyway, I've ended up here as (very helpfully) Sky have said to call them to get in contact after their online help guides failed - pretty hard with no signal! Has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it?</description>

Using a Vodafone sim in this phone picks up roaming fine, so clearly a Sky issue that I'm not sure anyone (including them) has a fix to any time soon. Yesterday the signal disappeared and I can't use data, or make/receive calls or messages. I connected my husband's hot spot to try to sort the issue but with no luck at all and the sky is a bunch of clowns thinking that I can call them without a signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My partner has had 5g in all states we've been in roaming on vodafone, I'm not even getting a full list of providers come up even if I could connect to any.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've tried your fix and multiple others (including swapping other non sky mobile Sims into my phone, which work).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am instead now relying on a friend's mobile phone (with O2) which works.,on a tethered basis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also tried contacting sky customer services on that friend's phone to go through trouble fixing with them. They suggested I try resetting network settings..I did...this also didn't work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then after a 30 mins wait on the phone (I would have waited longer if a fix was forthcoming) I was told to expect a call back from technical services in the next 72 hours...72 bloody hours!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fuming....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;🤬&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky clearly has issues supporting roaming in the USA and their support on this was next to nothing. Lesson learnt to get a cheap esim or similar from a different provider next time..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
