I have tried my sim in another phone with same results. Someone else's sim in my phone though and the phone works correctly. Sky have sent me a new sim but I had the exact same problem. I'm thinking it's my actual phone number thats the problem, is that a thing? I've had this number for nearly 20 years and do not want to change it.<BR />I've had my phone looked at professionally and many people have tried different settings for me,l plus, I've watched every single 'how to' video. I just want to be able to use my phone when it's not on speaker.
