Since my iPhone was hacked, my yahoo emails are going to the bin folder not to my inbox. I have reset my password and my iPhone does not have filters.

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

If you have had to make then logout and change your password

You might have to sign in to your account online to remove filters.
