Phone back has warped

The back of my Samsung a33 5g has warped and I can see the insides of the phone. I've tried to return the phone as a repair issue and the system crashed after I confirmed my delivery address. When I tried to go through the options again, the IMEI number for my Samsung is no longer available. Is there a number I can call to order a returns bag for the phone? Thanks.

How old is the phone? Doesn't sound like a warranty issue.

It's about a year and a half old. The back just warped out possibly due to overheating.

I think you'll struggle to argue that's a warranty repair.

I'd try Samsung first.
