Can’t make calls

Anyone else having issues making or receiving calls? When I dial a number I get silence and then a voice recording saying the number I've dialled is incorrect. There are 3 sky mobiles in our house and all have an issue.

Yeah it's the same here but only when try to I ring someone who's on sky we are having to ring anyone in sky via WhatsApp

Having exactly the same issue on both sky mobile.phones here but online, sky says they aren't currently experiencing any problems with the network.

Yes me too no calls for 3 days tried all sky help suggestions still nothing

Same here , I can make phone calls to any other network except to another sky sim in my house hold .

Having a similar issue, when I call someone else, it says it's ringing but makes no ringing sound, same happens when they try to ring me. Originally it would cut the call straight away if I tried to call them, then I turned my phone off and back on and now it's doing that, 3 phones on sky mobile and only mine is doing it.

Same here, a mast by us (Wednesbury) is apparently not working properly but then when I was at work in Wolverhampton it wasn't working there either

Something is up and Sky won't admit it

Same problem here! Four of us have sky mobiles and all taking 23-25 seconds to connect to then start ringing! Sky says no problem in the area! All have switched phones on and off and still same problem!

Having the same issue here, as is the other phones in my house who are with Sky. However, when checking the website for problems in my area apparently there are none. It has been this way for most of today for me.

I was using my phone perfectly until just before 12pm this afternoon and I couldn't call out all I was hearing was silence at the other end. People tried to call me and it was saying my number is incorrect REALLY Sky. So by 4.30pm I called Sky (for some reason my phone was allowing me to call them) after being on hold for 31 minutes the phone cut out grrrrrrr I hate that so I called back and it disconnected me within 4 minutes,so I went to my brothers to call and when I got through the woman was a waste of time,she told me there was no problems in my area and my 5G was working fine so she went on to say I'll give you £10 of your next mobile bill and someone from the technical team will be in touch am still waiting on that call (maybe they can't get through either ha ha) joking aside it's not good enough SKY

Yes same here in Aberdeen

can't call any sky to sky mobile

tried getting through to sky and can't get through keep getting cut off

This is now 24 hours of only being able to ring people not on sky I have 7 sims on sky all my house hold and I'm fuming it worked for a while late last night but took ages to connect/ring either way now today back to cutting you off no ring tone it's just not acceptable sky if it's not sorted soon I can see me moving because this is ridiculous!!!
you can however guys ring other sky users using WhatsApp that's if your internet isn't **bleep** out of the house like mine 😡😡😡😡

When I make a call I cant hear the ringing on my end, ok to whatsapp or ther video call, but unable to call out, I need my phone for work

Thanks for letting us know you're struggling to make calls to the Sky network, I've spoken with our support teams and it is an issue we're aware of which is getting worked on as we speak!
