    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got my new phone last Thursday. Last received/made a call was Friday - no issues. My texts and data are working as usual. Software is up to date. Partner is on Sky mobile with no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to make a call today and my phone doesn't call out to mobiles. I tried to get someone to call me, it rung, but I can't connect and ends up saying I missed a call. If I call numbers like Sky, I hear 6 seconds of the voice guide before the call ends.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought it could be sim damage - so I signed up and swapped to an eSIM. No luck. I still get texts and data though so it is activated and working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried clearing the cache and storage on the phone app - no luck. Airplane mode on, restart, then off - nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Managed to speak to someone on chat who said they will escalate to the network engineering team and get an update in 48 hours (by calling me... yes, I did ask for emails but unsure if that's actually going to happen).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's relevant, before I upgraded my phone used to randomly stop making calls but a quick restart would fix that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do? I'm at a loss.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
