Updating Sky Mobile address without calling

Hello,

I'm wanting to upgrade my phone and the My Sky app is insisting on using my old address unless I call to change it.

I made contact with the HelpTeam on Twitter who told me they only can access the system to change address by phone. I've never had a company force me to call to update my address before, surely there's a way to do such a basic request without calling?

Thank you for any help/advice on this.

You do need to call. The staff from the Messaging Team on here can no longer carry out this for you.
