      <description>Tried replacing the SIM in my old phone. No coverage, no connection. No phone for a day and no means of getting any assistance from Sky. Do Sky provide any means of support other than a pointless automated "assistant"?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This might not work if you are having signal issues but it is worth a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive&amp;nbsp;them and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not try creating them yourself:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Network and Internet &amp;gt; Mobile Network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Search for 'Access Point Name', 'SIM Settings' or something similar.&lt;BR /&gt;Enter the settings here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Go back and click on the new access point to activate it!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Name: Sky Mobile Internet&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;APN: mobile.sky&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Save and restart phone.&lt;/P&gt;

It is an utterly farcical situation given that the only user requirement was to move a SIM to a new phone from the same manufacturer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
