    <description>&lt;P&gt;Around 6 months ago, both my wife and I who are both on sky contract sims had our phones glitch on the same night at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We then began to notice that everytime we made a call ,this message would appear.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;" voice mail forwarding active"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The number in our voicemail settings was changed&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="font-size: smaller; color: #939799;"&gt;&lt;I&gt;(removed)&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Under the settings in phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The service provider is named - voicemail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In call forwarding settings-Always forward it says "no number set.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Under forward when busy- "same number as above "&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forward when unanswered-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Same number as above "&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forward when unreachable-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Same number as above "&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This was not the number set prior to the glitch, and we cannot change it to our prospective numbers , nor can it be disabled or updated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Both our voicemails were switched off by sky at our request, so there shouldn't be any voicemail forwarding active notifications when we make calls.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Something is askew here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I called sky and the engineer tried but couldn't change it either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since this happened we have both noticed an increase in potential fraud/scam calls , texts and emails NOT A COINCIDENCE!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I actually looked the number up on who called me. co.uk&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And found it had been searched nearly 26,000 times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All reports are similar to mine on this post " easily checked "&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The most concerning thing is that sky whom my wife has been with, going on 11 years and me 3 ,is that nothing is being done, nor any help offered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now considering that we also have a sky TV subscription plus 2 phones ,both bought from sky and a monthly outgoing, higher than £80 / month , one would assume that help would be offered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone else have this same problem?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would have thought that under voicemail provider would be Sky not just voicemail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me or even affirm, I'm not the only one.&lt;/P&gt;
