I have been trying since Tuesday to roll over data from my piggyback to another sky sim on my sons phone but nothing it says keep trying. I have been with sky 17yrs and never had any problems before.

Hi @trudster72 i know sky have been having issues with rolling data, give them a call on 150 to see if they can do it for you and investigate your account.

I don't seem to be able to roll my data over as cant get to my puggybank

Hi @Terry231 if you can't access it via the app or online then call sky on 150 so they can help and investigate.
