    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response, I was obviously jumping the gun.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the first month for rolling data over as I was previously with o2 so wasn't sure of the time frame.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No panic now.....I checked later in the day and the data was in my piggybank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again for the help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My mobile data has reset for the month but the unused data did not transfer to my piggy bank. I have 2 sim cards with a balance of around 39gb on each.before the reset. Thus has just vanished and the sim balances are now down to my contract. Where has the data gone?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It can sometimes take a little while for the data to update, certainly more than a few hours if your billing date is today so if the data hasn't appeared by tomorrow then call Sky on 150 so they can look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, more than happy.&amp;nbsp; I wish I had changed a lot sooner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any unused data automatically transfers to my piggybank to use with all my sky devices (I also have a samsung tablet) so I can roll it back to either my phone or tablet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only annoying thing was waiting for the transfer.......which really only took a day and Iwas still able to make calls and messages, it took slightly longer to be able to receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky is definitely better value.&amp;nbsp; I even received a credit of £6.00 to my account for apparent outages on the network that did not affect me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Definitely the best move I made.&amp;nbsp; You won't regret it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
