Much like others I am trying to transfer my eSim to a new device, no code coming through. Now been on the phone for an hour, talked to 3 different people. The solution? Apparently I have to convert my eSim back to a physical SIM to then attempt to request a new eSim for my new device.&nbsp;</P>
