No email confirmation after ordering iPad

I ordered an iPad but I haven't had email confirmation and on my orders it just keeps saying coming soon. Is that normal?

This is normal as you need to keep an eye on your account for updates on the order. When it says it is dispatched this means it is on it's way to DPD. When it is due you will get an email or text from DPD with a one hour delivery slot.

Hi, I've just ordered an iPad around the same time, I had gotten the email of confirmation and says expect 1-2 weeks before delivery but still says coming soon on my order tracking. Hoping it can update sometime soon.

Sky says the latest I should expect is the 3rd of September. Hopefully that gives you a rough estimate when yours can be expected
