It is unlikely Sky will respond to you.

As long as you keep paying for it each month then you should be OK to do this.

Hi. I stupidly got an iPhone 15 pro max in May this year moving from Android. Biggest mistake ever. Is there any way I can sell the phone and get another phone if I keep up paying the contract? Any help greatly appreciated. Well looking for an answer from a sky worker if possible like Lisa_P18 or something like that

@Camjoel44 wrote:

I am tied in for 2 years

You're not.

You can either clear the outstanding balance or continue to pay - if you default on payments then the full amount becomes immediately payable and recovery actions will commence. (You don't have to keep the device)

Alternatively, you can ask Sky for a Swap - you can swap back to an Android but the residual value of your phone is going to be significantly less than the credit you owe on it (it loses a lot initially and probably further impacted by the new iPhone coming in a matter of weeks). If you swap then the difference (which is likely to be hundreds of pounds) becomes immediately payable at the next bill.

Of course, any purchase will involve a credit check which isn't guaranteed.
