You have to give 31 days notice to cancel.

You mention 'cancellation fee' - are you under contract (usually 12 months) where you will incur early termination charges?

I'm thinking of leaving sky. What is the process and when will I get billed? My bill isn't due till the fifth of next month what does that mean that I will get charged for the cancellation fee on that day. I know contact rule are different for each network so I'm wanting to know what the next step is

Thanks for letting me know I knew you had to give 30 days notice I thought either different networks might have different rules if that makes sense I've found a better deal with EE however I'm still deciding on if to wait till my contract ends (feb 2025) or pay £130 to cancel my contract

The £130 is what I have to pay to cancel my contract. I have given a better deal. Yes a little bit more buts it's worth it
