ive ordered a contract phone but had message sayin its been cancelled then message afterwards sayin thankyou for ordering with sky is the contract and phone been accepted or cancelled so i can order else where

These emails are known to arrive out of order for some reason but the key one is the cancelled one as this might have happened if you have failed the credit check that takes place.

If you have failed the credit check then this will be something you need to look into yourself. You could sign up on a free months trial at somewhere like Experian which will give you access to your credit record. If you do this remember to cancel before the free month finishes.

the credit check was passed and cleared can you find out for me if the phones gonna come or it has been cancelled please so i can go else where then

We're other customers here and not Sky...

if you want to confirm then you need to contact them directly but it seems like it was cancelled.

There is a secondary deeper credit check that takes place which might be the reason why your order has been cancelled if you have failed to pass these checks so as I am a customer like you as advised to do you will need to call Sky to see if this is why it has been cancelled.
