      <description>&lt;P&gt;Data just stopped working a few days ago. Contacted sky (for hours) on 150 and they tried to roll data for me but didn't work. I'd done this from the app too to no avail. Data came back yesterday as my monthly refresh added my 10gb but still can't roll data over ( I have over 200 gb in piggy bank). So looks like I'll lose data if I go over my monthly allowance. Rubbish. Any help greatly appreciated as sky seem to be clueless.       <description>&lt;P&gt;They told me the mast was down hence the texts I keep getting as per my last message. Then told no problem but when they tried and failed to roll data over I heard silence / head scratching. Then reassured it would be fixed in 48 hours. Lastly told not to worry to which I responded "I'm not worried I just want my data back" THE END. HOPELESS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
