topic Old SIM stuck in iPhone in Sky Mobile

I'm in the process of transferring my mobile account to Sky. All was going well. Now need to get old SIM out of phone and replace with new one. The hole/Apple pin method is not releasing the SIM tray so I can't swap the SIMs over. Any suggestions?

Whilst it won't remove the SIM you can order a replacement from Sky.

The slot can take quite a push (as they are sealed well for water protection) - ensure you're pushing hard enough as they can become quite difficult to release. Try taking it to your local iStore for assistance.
