My phone bill was extra and it's saying I spent £5.81 under £20GB data which I pay for within my package anyway and haven't bought any extra data??

Hi @GeeF97 have you been abroad ? Have you entered any competitions or donated to charities ? What does the bill say the charges are for ? As customers we can't see your bill.

Nope not been outside of my country, it says 20GB then £5.81, I'm taking that as I paid for 20GB but I get that within my contract anyway so very confused

Did you run out of data and get an extra gig ? Give sky a call on 150 @GeeF97 to ask them what the extra is for.

Neither, been with sky over a year & haven't changed my plan at all. I get 20gb data for £10 but for some reason on this months bill it's saying £20GB data £5.82 but on top of my £10 I pay every month

What dates does the £5.82 part cover so is it the same as the £10 charge and what shows on next months bill ?
