      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a mobile in Jan 23 from Sky; equipment, not a SIM plan. In April 24 I was advised I could swap. I decided I would but after the phone was delivered, I changed my mind and sent the new phone back. This phone came with a SIM which I didn't ask for or want but was told not to activate it and that would be fine. Now the phone that I purchased originally in Jan 23 is faulty i.e. no longer getting signal so not a fault I have caused and Sky have advised I can be without my phone for 14 days and send for repairs or take it to a Samsung shop which I don't live anywhere near to. When I asked if I could just swap the faulty device, I was told no as I wasn't in the swap window period. How can I have been offered a swap in April and now not, when longer time into the equipment contract has passed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
