My mum in her late 70s lives alone has terminal cancer has been waiting for 2 months for hers. I have spoken to sky advisors 5/6 times they assured me that mum would receive it within 3 days still not received. Also I am still waiting to speak to a manager on 3 occasions with taking to sky advisers I was supposed to be receiving a call back the next day still no response. So has anyone else been treated this badly?.
