No network on my mobile outside my house. I cannot send or record texts. How can I get the network back? I have tried everything!

Is this for making calls, sending texts or using mobile data and does your phone show as being connected to the Sky network.

Indoors you are probably connected to your wifi network.

Yes connected to sky network . Yes this is for data, calls/texts etc but not working outside
