Any extra payments should be credited back to your account once it's processed. If it's been more than 3 weeks then call sky on 150 with your proof of postage to shown when it was returned. Call on 150 from a sky sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I spoke to rechnical help and it was decided i had been scammed but a prepaid package was sent yo me and i had to return the samsung 24 with AI back for the account to be sorted which i did and you have sent a message to say recieved but now its telling me my grsnddsughyer cannot upgrade fo to my account and i see you have kept the charges on my account for the returned phone. 15 years ive been with you and my contracts are coming to an end the service on my broafband had been awful lately the tv keeps going offline and now your freezing my mobile account i would say not a great way of keeping customers i will deffo spend time looking elsewhere now. It was one of your dpecial technicians thst was sorting this phone problem</description>

      <description>Csn you tell me the reason my grandaughter cannot look to upgrade her phone as a message comes up to sort out my account details,what is wrong with the account. Its paod along with my tv and broardband on time everymonth via standing orders for 15 years, what needs sorting please i certainly am not behind on payments . If its because the returned phone was not paid for this month it is bevause your technical person refunded the amount as soon as we spoke about the scam AND BEFORE having to send back the phone</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's a scam where the caller pretends there's a problem with the account or that they want to offer a reduction on your bill but they require your account details, they say for this they'll send you a freee gift. Once given they log in &amp;amp; purchase a new expensive phone &amp;amp; the customer has received the phone they they call back &amp;amp; say the wrong gift has been set (phone) &amp;amp; to return it to an address they supply (the address is a safe house for the scammers) Once returned the scammers then have the phone &amp;amp; the customer is stuck with the bill. I suspect this has happened in your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
