Removing a phone plan from one account to another

Hey!

I currently have my phone and my ex partners phone on my sky account, we would like to remove his plan from mine and add it to his own sky account, is this possible?

Hi @Ec1 the only way to do it is for him to set up an account and get a sim/plan from sky. You would then need to get a PAC for his number from sky then use that to port his number to another network on PAYG then port it back onto his new sky sim. You can't transfer a credit agreement for a phone.

Not directly. He would have to move his to another networks PAYG then move it to his own new Sky mobile account.
