      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently abroad, I have mobile data and have bought extra data but am still unable to use Wi-Fi my sky app is the only thing I can connect to I have full reception. I can been through the online virtual assistant and have done what that have told me and now my bill has gone up by £45 + the £6 extra data I have bought but I am still unable to get online. I really need to access my emails to get my details for transfer to the airport.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;kind regards Jade&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a 'rest of world' location where data is charged per meg - usually around £2. &amp;nbsp;A £45 spendcap can be used in minutes. &amp;nbsp;Buying extra data won't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, you need to increase your spendcap. &amp;nbsp;(But note big bills)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to find some WiFi. &amp;nbsp;Also, &amp;nbsp;mails are often cached on your device (unless you're using web client only).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
