Voicemail distortion

Hello

Iam currently in Menorca and I have 2 voicemail.

Everytime I dial into my voicemail it starts off ok on the pre recorded message

"Welcome to your skyvoicemail...."

5 seconds later as soon as it gets to "main menu to listen to your saved messages press 2......" it gets distorted. Press 2 and the actual email is distorted too. It is unintelligible and I need to hear the saved messages.

I have tried on WiFi, In locations with better reception etc. Shows 5g and full bars most of the time.

Have you tried to see if your phone will connect to another different local network and if it does checked again to see if the same is happening with your voicemail ?
