    <description>&lt;P&gt;You're talking to other customers here and not directly to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not clear what you're trying to do but stopping payments may be an issue unless you've correctly cancelled/transferred your service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are looking to move your number then you need a PAC code to give to a new supplier - assuming you are not within any minimum term with Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Vodafone have refused to reconnect my mobile number and will not tell me why so thats why I have stopped my sky mobile payments&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can see from by tv and broadband accounts there are no issues but I left my phone in Morocco last October 2023 which I receive back in Jan 2024 but vodafone have since refused to reconnecct me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gareth Jones&lt;/P&gt;</description>
