One day i thought it would be a great idea to change my Sim Card over to an e-Sim. What could be easier? Same provider, same device but I found half way through a process of multiple differerent codes I no longer had access to my number, however someone who seemed more confused than me managed to get my number onto the Embedded Esim - my only option to keep my number but the kind gentleman assured me a new sim was on its way. What he and the following 2/3 advisors didnt tell me when no sim card arrived, after a few reorders and yet nothing - dispite having 4 sim contracts over 3 devices with Sky there's a cap (no exption to this wether having 1 or 5 sim contracts. After months the card arrived and... i got so frustrated at it being impossible to do this without an Apple Genius and a Sky Sim Specialist advising i was tempted to take the risk and attempt to solder the card onto the embedded sim and hope for the best, clearly this had sent me into a form of madness, and promptly had all my micro tools taken away. Anyone provide help? Not therapy(i am in treatment so i can get my micro tools back) but the technical side of this? Specifically taking the e away from my sim?
