    <description>&lt;P&gt;You haven't said why the credit is on your account as compensation credit can not be transferred&amp;nbsp;so is it because you have been manually&amp;nbsp;paying your bill when there is no need to do this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;So as stated by myself and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2733237"&gt;@SKY1992bf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you don't need to make these manual payments as Sky will take it from whatever payment method you have setup on your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
