Sky mobile order taking longer than 2 weeks

I started my sky mobile swap 2 weeks ago now and im still waiting on them to send me my upgrade and packaging to send my swap. on the app under sky mobile order it just says "coming soon"

Coming soon means that the stock has yet to arrive from the supplier for Sky to then dispatch it to you so hopefully this will not take to long so keep an eye on your account for updates. When it says it has been dispatched this will mean it is on it's way to DPD who will then contact you with a one hour delivery slot.

Hi,

When i selected the phone i wanted it said 1-2 weeks instead of the usual "Out of Stock" so does the "coming soon" still mean they are waiting for stock in this case do you know?

As we are other customers we do not have any insight into Sky's stock levels.
