&lt;P&gt;Not sure what you mean the 'old rules'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have had your current sim for 12 months or more then you can contact Sky to ask them to cancel it and issue you with a new one that will have a new (to you) number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
