Do you mean you've reported your issue to Sky and you're waiting for an update?

Yes .I have only been with sky 3 weeks. They said on Fri it would be sorted this morning. When I phone was told 24hrs then 48hrs then within 72hrs

Have they said it's a mast issue? If so it's worth remembering Sky don't own or maintain any masts so they and you will be relying on a third party fix.

No it is not that.my phone is saying it is not registered on a network
