Gong to Turkey from 31st July till 10th August. How will i be able to use my phone and sim

If you want to use mobile data then make sure this and roaming it turned on.

It will cost you £2 per 24 hours use and for this fee you will get access to your usual package. Calls to UK mobiles and lanlines are included but calls to local numbers in Turkey are not as these will be charged at international rates.

You need to make sure you have set a spend cap sufficient for at least £2 x the number of days you're away. As soon as you send a text, make a call or use a small amount of data it kicks in.

And be aware that areas of Eastern Turkey have neighbouring countries where £2 roaming doesn't apply: picking up a cell signal from over a border can get expensive very quickly.
