      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sim was lost/stolen so the account was blocked while a new sim was sent out. The sim is here but the the account has been reinstating within 24h for 3days and I can't call because my mobile is my only phone. Any ideas on getting an actual person on the chat?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
