Hi @Matthew42o you aren't giving people here much to go on ? Is this a new thing ? Is it happening everywhere or just in a ne location ? You checked for any issues ?

Sky network quality a wall signal penetration is too low for me too.

Latching on between 4G/5G is intermittent

The MVNO network uses O2 infrastructure and am not completely convinced that they are operating at optimal settings as I have tried two handsets.

O2 (Sky's host network) is constantly rated as the slowest of the four main networks in tests by Ofcom, SpeedTest etc. In some places it barely works at all as the network is so congested.
