Cannot make it recieve calls. Transferred number from o2 2 weeks ago,

I upgraded to an I phone, but gave the phone to my son. So am using the sky sim in my old samsung, ported number over 3 weeks ago but cannot receive it make calls or text messages, everything else ok

It might be worth checking that the number is correct on the phone is you have moved the number from a different network to the Sky sim:

Settings > About Phone > My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone.

Go to Settings > About Phone > My Phone

If you are struggling is there anyone that can help you to check this ?

I think it may be that my phone is locked to 02 🤷🏼‍♀️although I can still get internet

That could well be the issue, as for the internet is it connected to Wifi ?

Yes all connected, gonna take to phone shop and get unlocked, see if that works. Thanks
