Can’t get through to request a return label

I have just become a new customer for Sky mobile but have changed my mind. However, I can't get through to speak to anyone to ask them to email me a returns label. I have gone through all the help advice, but still nothing - can anyone help? Thanks

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

When in the phone say no if asked by the bot about going online or if you want to be sent a text message then stay on the line for as long as you can.

If you have got your mobile device then there should be a small return label on the inside of it that you can use along with the same packaging but you will need to call to let them know you have changed your mind.
