topic cannot activate eSIM in Sky Mobile

I recently purchased an iPad Air 2024 with a 10GB sim to go with it. As the iPad only uses eSIM I've clicked to activate the eSIM. It then comes up with an option to create a new number or keep the same number by getting a PAC code or STAC code, however neither of these codes are working as it says they cannot issue either of the codes. Online on Apple support it says I need a QR code to activate the eSIM which I also can't seem to get.

thanks
