Trying to use PAC code from previous network

I have a new phone & SIM purchased via Sky on contract

i'm trying to transfer my old number to Sky and have received my PAC code but can't work out where to enter it.

There is a link to follow on Sky's website but when you click it the link is dead - there's an error

This should be the link you need:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/my-number/transfer

If it doesn't work then as you have activated the sim you can call Sky for free on 150 as they should be able to take the pac for you. When calling say no to any questions asked and remain on the line.
