topic SIM Help regarding piggybank in Sky Mobile

I decided to take advantage of a new SIM card offer 5GB for £6 I think it was. Now I'm hugely confused. I have 61GB in my piggybank. If I activate the new SIM card and stop paying for the original SIM will I lose the piggybank data? Can I transfer the data or does it all just go into one piggybank? Obviously I want to stop paying for the other SIM but I don't really want to lose the data. Please help a very confused oldish lady Thank you

As long as you don't cancel your Sky Mobile account and you have a least one active sim on it then you do not lose your saved piggybank data. So in this case you will need to activate this new sim then call Sky on 150 to cancle the other one. Both of these sims must be on the same account though.

Amazing, thanks for your reply. I didn't want to activate it just in case but I'll do that now.
