&lt;P&gt;This is a customer helps customer forum but what we can say is that these rules&amp;nbsp;apply to us all in that if a bill isn't paid then the chances are the services will be suspended until the bill has been paid in full and that your payment method has been setup&amp;nbsp;again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
