Incoming Calls - can't hear each other unless calling again.

For every incoming call, without fail, the other person cannot hear me and I cannot hear them even thought the line open. This has been happening for months now on and off, but now for every call over the last 6 weeks. Reseting the iphone is not helping. This is using iphone SE on broadband wi-fi at home or outside with wi-fi off.

Callers have to call again immediately and then we can hear each other. What is happening?

Hi @pepet17 i have seen this reported on here before. A replacement sim has sometimes helped.

@63johnwthanks. I've just been told by Tech support that you need to do a Newtork reset in the General settings of the iphone - Settings - General - Transfer or Reset and then Reset Network Settings. It will knock out your wi-fi pasword so after phone comes on you need to re-enter it. It takes 24 hours. Let's hope it works.

That shouldn't affect your WiFi password @pepet17 I am sure that's for mobile data network settings, not WiFi ? Hopefully it gets sorted for you either way, as long as it works !

It did erase my wi-fi pasword. Not an issue.
