      <title>Can’t send texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've had my phone for 2 weeks now (thought the issue might resolve itself) but I can't send text messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can make and receive phone calls, but it takes ages for it to start ringing (if it does let me ring someone) and sometimes it tells people trying to call me I'm not available, when I am, and have full signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to send myself settings and get this text:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SkyMobileUK will send handset configuration for the following services: MMS GPRS. Please accept any settings. If asked for a PIN, please enter your lockscreen password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But then nothing ever happens. I don't receive them. Can someone please help me with this, it's really frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, my data works fine when I'm not connected to WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
