Swap but keep old device also

I've recently swapped my iPhone 13 to IPhone 15 and have £275 outstanding to pay for the device only (iPhone 13). I have had an email saying that they'll need my old device back within 2 weeks or else the swap will be cancelled. Is it possible to keep both and pay them both off ? I have a breakdown of both devices on future bills.

Hi @Emma266 what you should have done was just order a new phone (not started a swap) and continued paying monthly for both. As you have started the swap you will need to call sky on 150 to see if they can cancel the swap and let you continue paying monthly for the old device.
